David Dziedzic, CEO / Broker

David J. Dziedzic is the broker and founder of RealCore Realty. A Canadian born entrepreneur, Dave has owned and operated several successful enterprises, accrediting him as one of the most progressive marketers in the industry.

He launched is career as a professional hockey player in the 1980’s where he mastered the necessary discipline and determination to becoming a winner. That determination furthered his career as a retail owner and operator.

Dave then began his 15 year career as an international restaurant consultant rounding out his work ethic with the hard work that it takes to make a successful restaurant work day after day.

After many years on the road Dave set his roots into Phoenix, Arizona where he is now one of the top realtors in the valley. Winning rookie of the year at the first firm he was with and being inducted into the ReMax Excalibur hall of fame was not the end of Dave’s quest to be the best. And owning RealCore Realty is just the first step for Dave’s vision of being the most reliable real estate company in Phoenix. He has assembled the best real estate model around and his philosophy as a broker is to enable those around him for success. The name of his company embodies his own belief system Real, for Real Estate and Core for core values.

Jeff Dicks, CFO / Vice President of Marketing

Jeff Dicks was born in Florida and spent his early career in the hospitality management profession in all corners of the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. During his 20 year tenure with an aggressively marketing restaurant chain, he helped them grow from 10 units to over 5 hundred.

Jeff started investing in Real Estate in 2003 and bought several properties in the Phoenix Arizona market. In late 2006, Jeff Dicks accepted the position as Chief executive officer with RealCore Realty and is also overseeing the marketing department. With Jeff’s background in finance and marketing we feel he is a valuable asset to our company and look forward to his helping RealCore Realty reach the goals of multiple locations and franchises.

Heather Cook, Vice of Business Development

As the VP of Business Development, Ms. Cook is responsible for expanding RealCore Realty into additional markets. Her ten year experience in Sales and Marketing provides systems and programs that enable the expansion process to be painless and successful.

A graduate from Arizona State’s Business College, Heather has been a valued employee to international companies. Her creativity and acumen have also made her a successful entrepreneur. She is also, an awarding winning realtor and accredited marketing professional and is as effective as she is innovative.
